international roll out completed in 11 markets covering 40 countries, Codima anticipate
continued strength in 2010 as a result of the momentum built up in 2009. Implementing the

partners with local software companies in each market to start Codima sales
and support organizations, allowing Codima to directly benefit from local business

completed the fully automated and integrated solution with direct views in
Microsoft® Office Visio® . ·
New additions to autoMap™
and autoMonitor™ were launched delivering faster
network discovery, the ability to create customized Visio® Live Views and a new
method to create SNMP Polling Policies. ·
Key
product autoVoIP™ Blaster testing if networks can handle
VoIP installations, and autoPinger™, checking if
key network devices stop working were introduced. ·
International
expansion continued with new sales and support organizations established in Latin America, Benelux, France, Denmark and Scotland. ·
Codima increased local presence in existing
regions and expanded its organizations in the US and the UK with executive
appointments. ·
The
Codima Certification Program was introduced to ensure technical competence at
all support centers within the organization, as well as with resellers in
each region. ·
The
customer data base grew to over 2,500 users worldwide and today Codima
Toolbox is used by service providers, system integrators and
carriers as well as all vertical industries globally. ·
Codima
Toolbox was chosen by a leading system integrator as the preferred solution
for network discovery, mapping, monitoring and pre assessment. ·
A Microsoft Certified Partner and Avaya DevConnect Gold Partner, the company participated in
several joint marketing campaigns globally. ·
A Pay As You Go payment model was added to
further enhance the flexible payment model, offering perpetual licenses with
