Enhancements and bug fixes - Toolbox

 

•Changes effecting IT Inventory & Mapping Toolbox and other toolboxes that include the Mapping tool
Enhancements to the Codima Discovery Engine enabling it to
  • Gathers a wider range of Host Resources Asset information.
    • •Provides detailed inventory when WMI is NOT enabled but SNMP is.
    • •Provides ability to obtain detailed inventory Information from devices with UNIX based Operating Systems.

Information gathered is presented in:-

  • Four additional Tabs in the Asset View - Device, Drive, Storage and Task Tabs
  • Four additional Tables in the HTML Reports - Device Installed, Disk Drives, Storage, Tasks Running
  • Gathers a wider range of VMware  Asset information.
    • •Provides VMware ESX Server inventory details
      • Changes include new attributes for the Asset Grid Summary tab and a new Guest Tab.
      • The Web Asset Report has also been updated to provide a new VMware System table and a VMware Guest Table.
     
  • More device types supported - increased to 10, 905 devices
